BOOKING INFORMATION
Please confirm Pura Vida Adventure Wellness availability before purchasing your flight. Pura Vida Adventure Wellness Retreat prices do not include airfare to and from Costa Rica. Visa, MasterCard, & Visa Debit are accepted along with money orders and E-Transfers.. The following are your payment options: 50% reserves your space and the remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
- All rooms are double occupancy
- Max 10 people
For any reservation requested in a shorter period than the days above, full payment has to be made immediately.
TRAVEL AND FLIGHT INFORMATION
Prior to booking your flight for your Pura Vida Adventure Wellness Retreat, please check with us to make sure we all arrive at the Liberia Airport at, or around the same time.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
You must bring a valid passport to enter and exit Costa Rica. Your passport must have at least three months remaining before the expiration date to be valid. Costa Rica doesn’t require a Visa from most countries. Check with the Costa Rican Embassy for more information on documentation, immunizations, and requirements.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The following is our cancellation policy: There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a Pura Vida Adventure Wellness Retreat early.
Cancel 61 days or more prior to the retreat start date: you can either apply a 100% credit towards another retreat date or cancel in full and be charged a cancellation fee of $600.
Cancel 60 – 30 days prior to the retreat start date: you can either apply a credit towards another retreat minus an office fee of 50% of your total retreat package or be charged a cancellation fee of 75% of your total retreat package.
Cancel 29 – 15 days prior to the retreat start date: you can either apply a credit towards another retreat minus an office fee of 70% of your total retreat package or be charged a cancellation fee of 85% of your total retreat package.
Cancel 14 days or fewer prior to the retreat start date: you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
No Exceptions to Cancellation Policy: There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, including but not limited to weather, personal emergencies, flight cancellations, or delays. We highly recommend purchasing Travel Protection Insurance.
Postponement by Us
We reserve the right to postpone your Trip for reasons beyond our control including any event named in the Risks of Travel section below. You may decline to participate in the postponed Trip, in which case we will refund to you, within 90 days after you notify us of your decision, any refunds that we receive from our suppliers during the 90-day period. The rescheduled Trip will be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Except as set forth in this Section 5, we will not be liable for any other costs, damages, or refunds of any kind for any loss, delay, inconvenience, disappointment, or expense whatsoever.
LIABILITY RELEASE FORMS
Guest who fail to provide personal information and signed liability release forms prior to your departure will not be allowed to join the Pura Vida Adventure Wellness Retreat. The above cancellation policy will apply. Liability release forms will be sent along with a Welcome Packet once you have reserved a trip.
WELCOME PACKET
Once you have reserved your Pura Vida Adventure, you will receive a Welcome Packet with all the tour information including a suggested packing list, liability release form, and other informative information.
Risks of Travel and Release
We assume no responsibility for and shall not be liable for the acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under our control or any acts of God, unsafe conditions, terrorism, health hazards including pandemics, illness, weather hazards, or the suitability for a disabled person of any portion of any trip. We have no special knowledge of dangers during travel or at destinations. YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL OF THESE RISKS AND DANGERS, AND YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY AGREE TO FOREVER RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND HOLD US, AND OUR AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, ASSOCIATES, AFFILIATED COMPANIES, GUIDES, GROUP LEADERS, AND SUBCONTRACTORS HARMLESS AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, ACTIONS, CAUSES OF ACTIONS, SUITS, CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS OF ANY AND EVERY KIND AND NATURE WHATSOEVER WHICH YOU NOW HAVE OR WHICH MAY HEREAFTER ARISE OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE TRIP OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY ACTIVITIES IN WHICH YOU PARTICIPATE.
